Born in Santa Monica California, the United States of America on the 26th of November the 26th of November, 1986. The singer is the daughter of Vincenzo Barba, her father and Valerie Barba. Her family and she moved into Point Pleasant New Jersey when she was six years old. Red Bank Catholic High School was where she completed her formal education within New Jersey. After graduating of Catholic University with a Bachelor's in Architecture, she continued her studies at the college. As well, she played the violin since the age four and was referred to by the name of Violin Lady. In recognition of her skills her performance, she received the name of Violin Girl. She also taught kids from the area playing the violin. Later at the age of 19 she was a contestant on Season 6 of American Idol and sang the 1976 hit single Free. The singer was subsequently eliminated the show after she finished 16th position. She sang several songs including 'The Christmas song,' 2009 and "Out for Blood," 2010 among others. The singer has also been featured on television shows such as Jimmy Kimmel Live! Antonella Barba rose to stardom when she sang in America during the 6th Season of American Idol. In addition, after being eliminated from the show after achieving the top 16 positions in the competition the show, she decided to test her hand at it on the stage. In 2012, she appeared on Fear Factor as an contestant, and also played minor roles in a few films. Daily Mail report that according to reports from November 21st, 2019 she has been given a four-year prison sentence for conspiring to distribute fentanyl. On July 21, the performer confessed to possessing more than 400 grams fentanyl in her possession with an intent to sell the drug. However, she was arrested in Virginia at the end of October in 2018, after she attempted to transport two pounds of fentanyl to a stashhouse.
